No significant benefit of LLLT on tinnitus severity (MD −2.85, 95% CI −8.99 to 3.28, p=0.362; 11 RCTs, N=670). The authors' own conclusion: the value of LLLT 'remains unclear', in part due to small patient numbers and heterogeneity, and larger studies are called for.
